Terex develops special excavators and boom equipment
for you for almost any application. If you have a problem,
we will deal with it and work out with you a solution specially
tailored to your requirements.
You can also count on us for combinations with other excavation
systems: we supply not only complete machines, but also single
add-on components specific to your application such as shaft
sinking excavators and boom equipment for shaft sinking or
remote-controlled caisson excavators for compressed-air caisson
heading.
Tunnelling with shields often demands highly specialised boom
equipment. In response to those demands, Terex has
developed a variety of special components.
In this way, we have over the years produced numerous custom
machines in collaboration with major global corporations and
other system suppliers. The equipment is used in hydraulic
pipeline excavation, in shaft sinking, caissons, and in tunnelling
with shields, for example.
